Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme, France, was born on the 9th of August in 1976. Audrey Tautou is an oldest child of four. Her parents a dental surgeon and a teacher recognised and supported her love of acting and theatre as early as she was a child. This was more important than a desire to become a primatologist due to her fascination with monkeys. There was an immediate rise in her career to become a famous young actress. In 1998 after her studies, she participated in a French talent-scouting TV programme Jeunes Premiers sponsored by Canal+ and won Best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors prior to launching acting professionally. Tautou is a pupil of the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris in her youth and enrolled in the school at young age but has sworn off her Catholic upbringing. She now declares herself to be non-Catholic. Her acting and modelling careers were intertwined. She became the face for L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and is known as The Chanel Muse. Additionally, she is a keen interest in photography and recently exhibited her work at the Arles Festival with the name Superficial. Photography of her is primarily focused on celebrity and fame, and turns the camera on those who scrutinized her after her meteoric rise to fame with Amelie in addition to self-portraits. Audrey Tautou's debut part, playing Amelie Poulain's lead actress in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, brought her fame to the world. Amelie gained international attention for its box office success. It also received praise in award ceremonies all over the world. Amelie is the most successful french-language film to hit the US. In the wake of this achievement, Tautou was featured in many films from British dramatics like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things to Jean-Pierre Jeunet's film Un long Sunday de fiancailles, and then he moved into Hollywood under the direction of Ron Howard of The Da Vinci Code, a Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code together with Tom Hanks.
